We're hiring the founding squad that proves TechStaq: engineers who deliver for energy, retail and fintech clients worldwide, from Paramaribo. The split below is a starting point; we tune it to demand. We're also opening our first HR / Recruiter seat, part-time, to help us hire the rest. Monthly salary
- Junior: $750 to $1,250 a month
- Medior: $1,250 to $2,000 a month
- Senior: $2,000 to $2,750 a month
Profit bonus

Build scalable data pipelines and ETL on a modern cloud stack: the delivery backbone every client engagement runs on. You own ingestion, transformation and the reliability of the data layer.
