Through the TechStaq Opportunity Fund, we support talented young people who have the ambition to grow in technology but lack the resources, network or funding to get there, helping youth from underrepresented and lower-income backgrounds build careers in AI, data and platform engineering.
Scholarships
Full or partial support for tuition, certifications, exam fees, laptops and internet, so cost is never the reason talent stalls.
Academy seats
A reserved share of every TechStaq Academy cohort goes to young people with less access to tech education.
Mentorship
Every participant is paired with an engineer, data specialist or AI professional inside TechStaq.
Internship to job
Not just training, but a guided path into internships, junior roles and real project experience.
Community workshops
Free intro sessions on AI, data, software engineering and digital skills for secondary students, students and young professionals.
Starting in 2026, TechStaq commits to supporting at least 10 young people per year through scholarships, academy access, mentorship and internships.
